Upper-Body Strengthening Games contains 50 games and activities: Walks, Push-Pull, Tug-O-War, Push-ups, Pops and 'Impossible' Challenges. It is important to do some upper-body strengthening every day. It only takes 2-4 minutes and the games and activities in this book can be used as a cool down after a very vigorous warm-up. The players are exhilarated from the warm-up, and the strengthening exercise allows the players to calm down and concentrate on a fun, fairly quiet activity. Some of these activities can be done by any age. Many of the activities in this book are not for young, inexperienced players; they require strength and body control which comes with exercise and maturation. There is also an Easy Games Finder with suggested ages and the minimum number of minutes required to play each.
